Booking & Enquiry

Customers can submit cab enquiries through our website form, WhatsApp, phone, or email. Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee booking confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after our team verifies cab availability, fare details, route information, and shares confirmation with the customer.

Service availability may depend on the selected city, route, date, time, cab category, and operational conditions.

Fare & Pricing

Fares shown on the website or shared by our team are based on the selected trip type, cab category, route, package, distance, and applicable conditions. Final fare may vary due to tolls, parking, state taxes, permit charges, waiting time, extra kilometres, extra hours, night charges, or route changes.

Any additional charges will be informed wherever applicable.

Cab Category & Vehicle

We try to provide the selected cab model or category shown during enquiry. However, the exact vehicle model may vary depending on availability. In such cases, a similar or same-category vehicle may be provided.

Pickup & Waiting Time

Customers are requested to be available at the pickup location on time. Waiting charges may apply if the driver has to wait beyond the allowed waiting period. For airport pickups, waiting time may be calculated based on flight arrival, pickup instructions, and driver availability.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide correct travel details, including pickup location, drop location, date, time, phone number, and trip type. ECOCARS / The Corporate Cars will not be responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Customers are also expected to follow safe and respectful behaviour during the journey.

Route Changes

Any change in route, destination, pickup location, drop location, travel date, or travel time may affect the fare. Such changes are subject to availability and approval from our team.

Outstation Trips

For outstation one-way and round-trip bookings, charges may depend on distance, driver allowance, state tax, toll, parking, night charges, and minimum kilometre rules. Round-trip bookings may also depend on the number of travel days.

Hourly Rental

Hourly rental packages include fixed hours and kilometres as per the selected package. Extra kilometre and extra hour charges may apply after the included limit.

Airport Transfers

Airport transfer fares may depend on airport terminal, pickup/drop location, waiting time, parking, tolls, and operational conditions. Customers must provide correct flight or terminal details where required.

Cancellation

Cancellation charges may apply depending on cancellation time, cab dispatch status, route, and booking type. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.

Payments

Payment terms may vary depending on booking type and confirmation process. Any advance payment, balance payment, refund, or adjustment will be handled as per the booking condition shared by our team.

Delays & Unavoidable Situations

ECOCARS / The Corporate Cars will make every effort to provide timely service. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle breakdown, driver availability, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, missed flights, missed meetings, delays, personal losses, or damages caused due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers are advised to plan travel time with suitable buffer, especially for airport and important trips.

Privacy
