At ECOCARS, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to keep the process simple, fair, and transparent for every customer.

Booking Cancellation

Customers can cancel their cab booking by contacting our support team through phone, WhatsApp, or email. Cancellation requests must include the booking details such as name, pickup location, travel date, and selected cab service.

Free Cancellation

Free cancellation may be available if the booking is cancelled within the allowed cancellation period before the scheduled pickup time. The exact free cancellation window may vary depending on the trip type, route, cab category, and booking conditions.

Late Cancellation

If a booking is cancelled close to the scheduled pickup time, cancellation charges may apply. These charges are based on the driver assignment, vehicle arrangement, and time spent preparing for the trip.

No-Show Policy

If the customer does not arrive at the pickup location and does not inform our team within a reasonable time, the booking may be treated as a no-show. In such cases, cancellation or waiting charges may apply.

Airport Transfer Cancellation

For airport pickup or drop bookings, customers are requested to cancel as early as possible. If the cab has already been dispatched, cancellation charges may apply.

Outstation Trip Cancellation

For outstation one-way and round-trip bookings, cancellation charges may depend on the travel route, scheduled pickup time, and whether the vehicle has already been assigned or dispatched.

Hourly Rental Cancellation

For hourly rental bookings, cancellation is allowed before the cab is dispatched. Once the cab is assigned or reaches the pickup location, cancellation or waiting charges may apply.

Refund Policy

If any advance payment has been made, the refund amount will depend on the cancellation time and applicable charges. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or any agreed mode of refund.

Changes in Booking

Customers can request changes in pickup time, location, destination, or cab type before the trip starts. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the final fare.

Company Rights

ECOCARS reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking due to unavoidable reasons such as vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, traffic restrictions, weather conditions, or operational issues. In such cases, our team will try to provide an alternative cab or suitable support.
